So you know early whether we are the right firm.

  • Consumer loans or residential mortgages for individuals
  • Lending from our own balance sheet
  • Investment advice or securities brokerage
  • Tax, legal or accounting advice

The kind of request we take to market and the structure lenders usually offer for it. These are representative structures, not a record of completed transactions.

9.How we work

Four rules that apply to every mandate and are written into our engagement letters.

We hold no loan book

No lender pays us to be shown deals. We recommend the offer that gives the borrower the best risk-adjusted terms.

Several lenders, one credit memo

Lenders bid on the same information and timetable, so their offers on leverage, pricing, covenants and flexibility can be compared directly.

Credit work to lender standard

Every mandate gets a credit memo, model and data room a lender can take to its credit committee.

The fee is earned at funding

We stay through due diligence, legal documentation and conditions precedent until the facility is drawn.

10.Offices

Each office contracts through its own local entity.

11.For lenders and introducers

Lenders on our panel receive only requests that fit their criteria, with a credit memo and model prepared for committee. Accountants, lawyers and advisers can refer clients who need debt.
